Exotic Aquatics Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves in selecting and shipping only the healthiest animals available. All live orders are double or triple bagged. They are then carefully packed in Styrofoam boxes along with 1 to 3 heat packs depending on current weather conditions. We then ship all live items overnight to assure they arrive safely at your door. However if ever anything should go wrong with your order we offer our Arrive Alive Guarantee. When you recieve your corals make sure you acclimate them correctly.
We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight. We bill the actual FedEx shipping charges plus a $7 box charge. You may inquire about estimated shipping fees by contacting us. We ship Monday, including Saturday delivery. If you're interested in Saturday delivery, please contact us to ensure that your area offers this option.
Delivery Delays
If a package is delayed due to the shipper, please sign and accept the package. Some items are known to survive one-day delays: we will require photos of DOA's in this case. Since carrier delays are out of our control, we are not always able to compensate a 100% replacement value of the lost items. We will absolutely work with you to offer a re-shipment that is fair for everyone.
